Terms of Use & Product License

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the havenstonefinance.com website (the “Site”) and your purchase and use of the digital products offered by Havenstone Finance, LLC, an Alabama limited liability company (“Havenstone Finance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or purchasing any of our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Products

We sell digital personal-finance products, including spreadsheet tools (such as debt payoff, savings, mortgage, refinance, and velocity banking calculators) and companion ebooks (together, the “Products”). All Products are delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped.

2. License to Use the Products

When you purchase a Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use that Product for your own personal, non-commercial use. Under this license you may:

• Download and store the Product on devices you own;
• Use the Product to manage and plan your own personal finances;
• Print or make personal copies for your own use.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute any Product, in whole or in part, whether modified or unmodified, for free or for payment;
• Share Product files outside your household, post them publicly, or distribute them through file-sharing services;
• Remove branding or claim authorship of any Product;
• Use any Product to create a competing product or service.

Each purchase covers one household. If you would like to use a Product in a professional, educational, or commercial setting (for example, with clients or students), contact us first at support@havenstonefinance.com to arrange an appropriate license.

3. Intellectual Property

All Products, and all content on the Site — including text, formulas, spreadsheet structures, graphics, and branding — are the property of Havenstone Finance, LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a Product transfers a license to use it, not ownership of it.

4. Purchases, Pricing, and Delivery

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Website purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record under its applicable terms; we do not receive or store your full payment card details. Product download links are provided after successful checkout. If you do not receive your download, contact us at support@havenstonefinance.com and we will make sure you get your files.

Product versions and support

Your purchase includes the version offered at the time of sale. Future upgrades, new versions, and new products are not included or promised. We address confirmed product errors and provide download assistance. We do not promise a response time or provide personalized financial advice or custom spreadsheet development.

The calculators are tested in desktop Microsoft Excel. Excel for the web, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, and mobile compatibility have not been verified. Each workbook operates independently.

5. Refunds

Our Products are digital downloads. Sales are final except where applicable law or the checkout provider requires otherwise. See our Refund Policy for details and the limited exceptions we honor.

6. Purchases Made on Other Platforms

Our Products are also sold through third-party marketplaces such as Etsy and Gumroad. Purchases made there are additionally subject to that platform’s own terms, policies, and dispute processes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and the Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy. We do not warrant that any Product will be error-free or that its use will produce any particular financial outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Havenstone Finance, LLC and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any financial losses or decisions made in reliance on the Products, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or the Products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product will not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site or the Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Consumer rights and CardSqueeze

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. CardSqueeze app purchases and subscriptions are governed by its separate terms and the applicable app-store policies.
