This Privacy Policy explains what information Havenstone Finance, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects when you visit havenstonefinance.com (the “Site”) or purchase our digital products, and how we use it. This policy covers this website and its calculator and guide products. CardSqueeze maintains separate app privacy information on its own website and app-store listings.

1. What We Collect

• Order information. When you purchase a product, our checkout provider collects your name, email address, and payment details in order to process the transaction and deliver your files. We receive your name, email, and order details — we never see or store your full payment card number.
• Support emails. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you and reference past issues.
• Website and form usage. Cloudflare provides website hosting, delivery, and security services and may process request information such as IP addresses and technical logs to operate and protect the Site. MailerLite processes signup information and form interactions. We do not add advertising pixels to this Site.
• Email subscriptions. If you sign up, MailerLite processes your email address, confirmation status, and related signup records to manage your subscription. Our website signup form uses double opt-in: you confirm your subscription through a confirmation email before joining the mailing list.
• Email engagement. Open tracking is enabled for our marketing campaigns in MailerLite. An invisible image, also called a tracking pixel or beacon, records when an email's tracking image loads and associates that activity with the subscriber. MailerLite also records interactions with tracked email links. This information helps us measure engagement; an image load does not reliably establish whether a person actually read the email.

2. How We Use Information

• To process orders and deliver your files;
• To respond to support requests and honor our refund policy;
• To send you order-related messages (receipts, download links);
• If you opt in, to send occasional product updates or announcements — you can unsubscribe at any time;
• To measure engagement with our marketing campaigns and improve future emails.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of service providers to run the business, each of which handles your data under its own privacy policy:

• Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record for website purchases, processing checkout and digital delivery under its own terms);
• Cloudflare (website hosting, delivery, and security);
• MailerLite (signup forms, subscription confirmation, marketing email delivery, and email engagement measurement), and email providers for order and support correspondence.

Purchases made on Etsy or Gumroad are governed by those platforms’ own privacy policies in addition to this one; we receive only the order information those platforms share with sellers.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site embeds a MailerLite signup form. When you interact with the form or follow a link to a third-party checkout, the relevant provider may process technical information and use cookies or similar technologies for functionality, security, and measurement. Their privacy notices describe their practices. Email-open tracking, described above, uses an image embedded in marketing emails and is separate from website cookies.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking them may affect some third-party features. Your email application may also let you restrict remote image loading. You can stop future marketing emails by unsubscribing using the link in an email.

5. Data Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Support correspondence is retained so we can provide ongoing help. You may request deletion of your information (see Section 7); we will honor the request except where the law requires us to retain records.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Site and our products are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your Choices and Rights

• You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in the email;
• You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@havenstonefinance.com;
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws; we will honor valid requests consistent with those laws.

8. Security

We use reputable providers, keep access to order data limited, and never store payment card numbers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
