Havenstone Finance sells downloadable Excel calculators and PDF guides. No physical products are shipped.

Digital sales are final

We do not offer voluntary refunds or exchanges for digital purchases, including a change of mind, purchasing the wrong item, or dissatisfaction with a financial strategy’s outcome. Please review the product description and software requirements before purchasing.

Download assistance and product errors

If you cannot access your files, receive an incorrect or corrupted file, or discover a suspected product error, email support@havenstonefinance.com with your order number and a description. We provide download assistance and address confirmed product errors.

Applicable rights and checkout-provider policies

This policy does not limit rights or refunds required by applicable law. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for website purchases and may issue refunds under its own policies, including at its discretion within 60 days to prevent chargebacks. Purchases through Etsy or Gumroad are also subject to the relevant platform’s policies and dispute processes.

CardSqueeze purchases

This policy covers Havenstone’s spreadsheet and guide products. CardSqueeze purchases and subscriptions are subject to its separate terms and applicable app-store refund policies.

Before you buy

Our spreadsheets have been tested in desktop Microsoft Excel. Other spreadsheet applications and Excel for the web have not been verified. Results are educational estimates, not guaranteed outcomes. Contact us if you need clarification about what a download includes.
